Anne McCarthy has
been photographing weddings since 1994. Her experience
includes many years as a "film shooter", including an
overseas assignment with United Press International.
While her college degree is in Journalism, her minor is
in photography. "I always saw myself working for a
newspaper someday, but when that didn't happen I took a
medium-format Hasselblad camera and started
photographing children, families and weddings." 15 years
later she prides herself on finding the
most unique part
of a bride and groom's day and capturing it in the most
creative way possible. "I watch for those special
moments and tear up myself when I see them happen." The
payoff has been seen with multiple awards and merits
from Professional Photographers Association of America
and the Wedding and Portrait Professionals
International. |

| Working in Forensics Photography
since 1996, Doug Williams became very prolific at the
technological side of cameras and photography and even
taught technical photography. "It has been amazing
watching the changes from years ago when I used to shoot
film and work in a darkroom developing photos". Having
made the full transition -- with ease, to digital, and
wanting a creative outlet, Doug got into weddings in
1999 and started with One Fine Day Photography in 2001.
"As a groom myself many years ago, I saw what went into
planning a wedding and even wanted to photograph my own,
but my wife wouldn't have it." As a self-professed
comedian, Doug loves to have fun with the bride and
groom which totally puts them at ease and makes for lots
of laughs and smiles. |
